Parliament Square from Victoria Street in Westminster, Central London c1890s. On the left you can just see part of the Westminster Hospital and on the right is the entrance to Westminster Abbey.
The monument outside Westminster Abbey is the Crimea and Indian Mutiny Memorial designed by George Gilbert Scott and erected in 1861.
